2024 Daily Photos // Days 232 - 238

19th August 2024
A very creepy sunrise and a trip to the farm shop.

20th August 2024
This little guy is one of my favourite charity shop finds of all time.
It is a Jeremy Fisher moneybox and reminds me of a curtain clip I had of him as a child.

21st August 2024
The Sparrow family have finally taken to using their new little bird bath!

22nd August 2024
Summer Rain!

23rd August 2024
The annual making of my boy's birthday banner.

24th August 2024
Pulling August's Oracle card and appreciating the life in my tiny wild garden.

25th August 2024
I have no idea how this Caterpillar got so off track but I helped them off the washing to continue on their way.
I've spent far too long trying to identify this Hoverfly, it was cool to watch either way.
And more bird bath fun!

2024 Daily Photos // Days 225 - 231

12th August 2024
It's been too hot to sit out much, but Baker enjoyed laying
on the decking while I hung out the laundry today.

13th August 2024
The Elder bush is berry-full right now.
I took some Hydrangea cuttings today too.

14th August 2024
Just some more of my caterpillar/nasturtium obsession.

15th August 2024
My August 10k medal has arrived!

16th August 2024
My 15th completed jigsaw of the year was a good one!

17th August 2024
Our Caterpillars are on the move! So exciting!
I've been taking so many photos and videos, I'll definitely have to do a
whole post on my other blog to share their story.

18th August 2024
This may be named the 'Common Dronefly', but it's the first Hover or Drone fly I've seen this year.
That's really sad.
On a happy note - the birds have finally taken to their new bird bath
and there is a new generation of pigeons joining our flock!

2024 Daily Photos // Days 218 - 224

5th August 2024
A Jackdaw jumping!

6th August 2024
We are so lucky that all of these beautiful creatures have chosen our garden
to exist in, to visit, to feed in and to procreate in.

7th August 2024
More Butterfly eggs and an update on those who hatched last week!
Nature is amazing.

8th August 2024
Happy International Cat Day to my Princesses.

9th August 2024
I can't keep the feeders full. And I love it!

10th August 2024
This gorgeous Dunnock was a joy to watch while they soaked up the sun and rummaged in the grass.

11th August 2024
Today's treasures.
