2023 Daily Photos // Days 141 - 147

21st May 2023
I love when the birds chill on our gate.

22nd May 2023
I finished book 24 of the year.

23rd May 2023
Sleepy girls.
We also buried a little fledgling Sparrow that we named Jack, who had sadly flown into our window.

24th May 2023
Having some outdoor time with the grass under his feet, fresh air to breathe and listening to the birds singing.
We also popped down to check on the Ringed Plover, who we are part of
a volunteer conservation project for. It was very positive findings for them.
(There were lots of Sanderlings too!)

25th May 2023
Luckey enough to spend time with the wonderful Cosette & Monsieur Lemur,
Tulip, Ladybug, Izzie and Georgie Boy today.

26th May 2023
I didn't know it at the time but this would be our last day together and our last photos.
Argo has been slowing down over the past week or so and we knew the end was coming,
just not so soon.
We had hugs, he snuggled in his sleeping bag and he managed a few tiny bites of a strawberry.
What a joy it has been to be his Mammy.

During the day I also caught a bee in the act of finally using our bee house.
Later in the day, we saw it fully closed up.

27th May 2023
The sky the night my little man left me.

2023 Daily Photos // Days 134 - 140

14th May 2023
The perfect little loves that helped me today were George,
Bunny & Chick (Mother and Daughter!), Izzie, Ladybug, Tulip, Margarita.

15th May 2023
My darling girl Eos.

16th May 2023
A day of babies! Fledgling Starlings with their parent, Clementine brought baby Huck out for a snack
and House Sparrow mammy visited with her little ones too.
Showing the importance of allowing wildflowers to thrive in your garden too - a Goldfinch eating Dandelion seeds.

17th May 2023
A baby-filled visit to Washington Wetlands!

18th May 2023
Two CP visits in one week? No I'm not doing two days again, I've moved to a Thursday now as Sundays have become busier with other volunteers and I prefer to come in when I am more needed by the cats and when I am able to avoid contact with as many people as possible!
Lord Byron aka Puggle, Dahlia, Celine, Alicent & Rye, and Camila were my beautiful buddies of the day.

19th May 2023
Cuecumber and a box, standard Guinea Pig paradise!

20th May 2023
I'll never get bored of watching any birds in my garden, but especially not all the babies learning!
