29th August 2025
The joy that can come from a simple suncatcher is wonderful!

30th August 2025
It's been a while since we've had any Dandelions pop up!
This little lone love appeared as if by magic in the back garden today.

31st August 2025
Sleepy lad fell asleep mid-play with his enrichment. Old man life!

1st September 2025
Took a quick run to Durham in the hopes of picking up a few bits, but was sadly disappointed about how downhill the town has went in recent years.
Had to pay a quick visit to the 'Tourist Attractions' while in the area.

2nd September 2025
Hearing and trying to spot the Blue Tits and Great Tits in the trees out the back is such a magical feeling.

2025 Project 365 // Week 34

20th August 2025
Apparently, the berries that have appeared on our Fuchsia are edible?!
I hope this round of Caterpillars is successful after the devastating loss earlier in the season.

21st August 2025
The Elder bush is proving a popular place to keep cool, eat some berries and apparently take a nap.

22nd August 2025
5 years since planting, we finally have berries on the Hawthorn for the first time!
Our Dame Virginia McKenna Rose has come back into bud too <3

23rd August 2025
Someone found themselves off course (in our kitchen!) this morning.
Relocated to the much nicer cherry tree.

24th August 2025
Another gorgeous moth! I need to book to help me with identification...

25th August 2025

2025 Project 365 // Week 33

13th August 2025
It's been a while since I've gotten to see the sunrise, but as the Summer moves towards its final stages, the Sun is waking up a little later. Just a little though. I was able to experience the sight of the sky steadily lightening because Mr Baker needed out at 5am this morning.
It was worth the early call to see Jupiter and Venus shining in the duskiness, hear the herring gulls calling and even get a peek of a lone bat.

14th August 2025
This little moss head makes me smile.

15th August 2025
Spider friends, the first of Nyx's wildflowers has bloomed,
and I love to see my pollinator baths being put to good use.

16th August 2025
Autumn signs over a month early!

17th August 2025
Early morning in the garden.

18th August 2025
Saying Goodbye to an old family friend, Jackie.
Some lovely bird visits once we were home, and we have some new caterpillars!

19th August 2025
Siraj bath bomb.
