2025 Project 365 // Week 27

2nd July 2025
Wonderful rain!!! (As always, I feel I have to clarify I am not being sarcastic.)

3rd July 2025
My June reads! Minus audio obviously.

4th July 2025
One day recently, I went into the garden and saw a new leaf on the Oak sapling curled under as if stuck. So I tried to gently unfurl it...to be surprised by a little Garden Spider who'd made it their home!
Today I managed to get a sneak peek inside - I love what they've done with the place haha.

5th July 2025
This little Soldier Beetle(?) got stuck in the birdbath despite all my efforts to stop that.
I fished them out and, rather than be transferred to a planet, they decided to hang around on my hand drying off and 'grooming' for a good 10 minutes or so. Then they took off!
A lovely morning interaction.

6th July 2025
There's been a couple of Sparrow dads bringing their little families to the front garden lately, and it's so magical to hear them all playing, eating, bathing, etc.
We also have 7 new clutches of Butterfly eggs all laid today! Five are shown in the photos, and another two were spotted later in the evening.

7th July 2025
Look at all these baby Caterpillars!
Moonshine bath time.

8th July 2025
Tattoo day means Jax hugs!

2025 Project 365 // Week 26

25th June 2025
The life cycle of a Large White Butterfly (well, kind of!).

26th June 2025
Slugs and Ringed Parakeets started the morning...
...and this evening we laid our beautiful Nyx to rest.

27th June 2025
Catching up on my Nature journal.

28th June 2025
I relocated this Ladybug from a tough spot to a plant with a built-in buffet.
Spotted a lone Flying Ant too while in the garden.

29th June 2025
A progress check in on the Clover we planted on the 2nd.
The Pollinators bath bomb tonight (of which proceeds go to Pesticide Action Network UK to fund their ongoing work tackling the problems caused by pesticides like glyphosate).
We have more hatchlings!!
And my first sighting of the moon in a long time - I'm not a fan of these light nights.

30th June 2025
As much as I hate Summer, I love seeing all the buggies!

1st July
My bargains from Katnipp's downsizing sale arrived today! So cute!
