2026 Project 365 // Week 36

3rd September 2026
Cooler days are gracing us and to see the sun but not feel animosity is a nice feeling.
Another new wildflower has bloomed, Night Flowering Catchfly.
Harlequin Ladybird posed for some photos...unlike the Robin who showed me their bum and flew off!
We've had a hell of a year around here with someone shooting my precious pals, so it is extra special to welcome the Wood Pigeons to feed in our gardens.

Another pair of Wood Pigeons stopped by today. I love them.
And just look at that gorgeous rainbow shining across Mr Jeremy Fisher!

I got to see a Sunrise! (6.56am). Oh how I adore a more normal sunrise and sunset time!

27th August 2026
This fuchsia has opened!
Caught a Wood Pigeon having a nap on the top of the Elder this afternoon
(right outside our bedroom window). He opened his eyes just as I took the photo!
And Baker tried his birthday cake once his Daddy got home from work.

Got to take some better birthday portraits of our boy today!

The sunflowers are growing in height but not so much in flower...
The Buddleia has begun to flower again though which is exciting. 
A young Dunnock gave a little tune to alert me that it needed some food this morning.
The Butterflies are still trying with their eggs, although it's another unsuccessful season so far.

There was an almighty thunder and lightening storm today and as it passed a trio of Oystercatchers stopped by on the field! 

31st August 2026
A Small Dusty Wave Moth appeared on the bookcase this afternoon!
It disappeared just as suddenly as it appeared.
The moon was mystical tonight too, blanketed in a hazy cloud.
