2021 Project 365 // Days 295 - 301

22nd October 2021
Baker loves his new Aromadog toy for Make A Dogs Day day,
just in time for the hellish season of pointless explosives!

23rd October 2021
Haven't shared any photos of the garden family lately. How many Sparrows can you spot?

24th October 2021
We survived the bath. 🍎

25th October 2021
Playing with clay.
Haven't really had time for all of the crafts I had planned this month but had a little muck about today.

26th October 2021
It's National Pumpkin Day!
We don't carve ours until a little closer to Halloween so here's a peek at some of our pumpkin-y decor instead.
Are you going to be cooking anything with your pumpkins?
Don't let them go to waste! They are food after all.
If you are not eating yours, make sure to break them apart and put them out for the wildlife to enjoy (of course if you are doing this do not
paint them, varnish, soak in chemicals or alcohol and make sure there is no wax or anything inside it.)
We did have a huge pumpkin plant earlier in the year with many prospective pumpkins growing,
however, the wildlife got to them a little too early haha!

27th October 2021
MOT day usually means an annual walk to the river haha!
Trying to spot some Autumn colours because where everyone else lives seems to be
something out of an Autumnal Fairytale, however, we still have lots of greenery.
I'm not complaining because once the leaves disappear it makes me sad and long for Spring when life returns!

28th October 2021
I love this little skull.
I've been interested in skulls and bones etc for years, but obviously buying taxidermy and skulls isn't easy ethically.
How exciting it was to then find this one back in July when we visited Maelmin pretty much already fully clean.
I finished cleaning it off myself and it's currently housed in this cloche until I find a better-suited shape cloche for it.
How beautiful is it?!

2021 Project 365 // Days 288 - 294

15th October 2021
Wave of Light 🖤🕯️

16th October 2021
Indoor camping with Zombie cocktails and Halloween watches on the new TV,
to see out the end of Mr H's holiday from work and my birthday week.

17th October 2021
🛁

18th October 2021
Birthday flowers from the best pal are opening!

(Yes, I know lilies are highly toxic to cats. The girls have no access to this room)

19th October 2021
Hunters Moon. Not my favourite name for a Moon.
It's also known as the Travel Moon and the Dying Grass Moon, of which I prefer the latter.

Can't wait to get a new camera. This one is really struggling.

20th October 2021
What a golden hour! 🌄

21st October 2021
Another birthday treat from the always spoiling me Mr Hallow 🖤
First time ordering from Get Ready Comics too and my goodness, what service!
It arrived less than 24 hours from ordering it with free shipping?!
So well packaged and it's always so awesome when sweets are included, isn't it? But especially vegan ones!
The main thing (minus my gorgeous new bag of course) that made me smile was the artwork by keeping.it.surreal.
I love that Get Ready Comics partners with artists and this particular piece is so incredibly suited to our household - I'm over the moon.

2021 Project 365 // Days 281 - 287

8th October 2021
''... It's a full moon outside. The weirdos are out!''

9th October 2021
Likely to be the last grass cut of the year, the wild lawn section is all gone too.
The bushes have been trimmed back, beds weeded and the back garden & greenhouse are all done now too.
Mr H even got the time to recycle the piggies old hutch into a cold frame for next years planting!

10th October 2021
"For it is plain as anyone can see, we're simply meant to be."

11th October 2021
It's such a normal, everyday occurrence for most people.
Walking your dog. After being attacked so many times over his 9 years of life, it's a very rare treat for us.
We went to the beach today though and to see how much he loves it made me cry.
I love him so much, he's so intelligent, well behaved and full of personality, he doesn't deserve to miss out on things because other people are rubbish owners.
If your dog has no recall or runs at other dogs - keep them on a bloody lead!!!
This is Baker's photo set for October 2021. His last was March 2019.

12th October 2021
How I spent my 31st.

13th October 2021
Hundreds, perhaps thousands of Geese, a Stoat, what I gather was a Badger sett and 5 deer.
A wonderful visit to the stone circle.

14th October 2021
It's not a Sunday but an extra bath bomb day in the middle of Mr H's week off is nothing to complain about!
