2023 Daily Photos // Days 323 - 329

19th November 2023
The Geese are back! I adore hearing and seeing the Geese on their travels.
I must have heard these from miles and miles away (thanks supersonic Autistic hearing)
because I waited for ages for them to become about our house!
I also did a little litter pick out the back and Aurora and I had some lovely hugs while I read.

20th November 2023
I don't have a hat or anything so decided to order some winter cosys from Etsy.
Over the moon with my goodies from Fellside Snuggles and can't recommend them enough.
She was incredibly friendly and helpful, not to mention my ear warmers and fingerless gloves are
beautiful and so warm! Over the moon.

21st November 2023
An ominous sunset tonight. Nothing ever photographs as well as the eye can see though.

22nd November 2023
I've been after this jigsaw for a while so took my opportunity to get it when placing
our recent RSPB bird food order.
It was a lot of fun and easier than expected!

23rd November 2023
Started another jigsaw today and Eos was a great 'helper'!

24th November 2023
...and finished another one. That's 2 in 3 days haha.
Such a good activity for me as it keeps both my hands and mind busy.

25th November 2023
A lovely pair of Blue Tits really enjoying the new seed in the little bird's corner.
Today was also the Winter Craft for Cats! Again, my little shadow was there to help.

2023 Daily Photos // Days 316 - 322

12th November 2023
Aurora made a new friend, but said new friend was looking
for our mouse family...

13th November 2023
The light was casting some pretty glows today.
It showed off our newly framed prints nicely.

14th November 2023
This is such a cute design and I did it in record time!
I also popped to the station to pick up Mam and Dad and we went to
have dinner with an old family friend, Jackie!

15th November 2023
We got to introduce my parents to the Wetland wonderland today.
It was a dull and rainy one but still full of beautiful birdy sightings.

16th November 2023
This was a surprise while letting Baker out for the toilet before bed that night!
Though they don't hibernate, I assumed the Mice of Hallow Manor would be keeping cosy.

17th November 2023
My little old Mars-y man loving his cuddly new bed from Granny.
Of course, I disturbed him and he moved from his previous cute pose.

18th November 2023
Happy 95th birthday to the main mice!

2023 Daily Photos // Days 309 - 315

5th November 2023
My WWT Goose Adoption arrived!
...and Mars spent some time looking at himself in the freezer reflection.

6th November 2023
That early morning glow had all the birds out and happy this morning.
We haven't cut back the Nasturtiums either because even though its November, bees are still visiting!

7th November 2023
Another day of brilliant bird spottings today.
More gorgeous Long Tailed-Tits, Blackbirds, Blue Tits and even a Redwing?!
My first ever Redwing spot ever. All topped off with a Rainbow.

8th November 2023
We tried a slightly new walk today as it's meant to be good for bird-watching.
We stopped off at The Hive for coffee/hot chocolate and vegan cakes before heading
back down to the river where we saw some Teal!
(As well as Mute Swan, Redshank, Black-Headed Gull and Oystercatchers.)

9th November 2023
The dull day didn't deter the Starlings from popping by for dinner.

10th November 2023
I meant to take a photo of the girls this time last month because as of October 5th,
they've been with us a year. They have gotten SO big that we're going to upgrade their tank soon.
Calypso is the more round-bodied one and Nyx has the black eye and long tail.

11th November 2023
Sadly found this Ladybird upside down in the birdbath this morning.
I fished them out and held them, then realized they were moving!!
So they got transferred onto a leaf in a plant in the back garden to dry off in the sun.
I shaded them away from the eyes of birds and when I checked later, they were gone.
Hopefully, they survived.
While in the garden I could hear a different bird call I wasn't used to...
I snapped a few photos and looking back on them, I think it was a Chiffchaff!
