We had to leave our magical accommodation this morning :(
However, we did get to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary with a Handfasting at Gretna Green
and come home to our babies.

Also, not that you can see it, but the wind was making the leaves on the trees make a lovely sound.

We bought these dying flowers for 10p because they were the last life on the shelf and I wanted to help them. I repotted them today, and as of the 28th, they are still doing well. It's crazy how wasteful shops are with plants. Just because they are organic material that biodegrades doesn't mean their production doesn't have a negative impact on the planet, not to mention all of the plastic pots they come in. 
I'm not saying for them not to be produced, I just wish people were more purposeful and intentional in both production and consumption.

My October 10k medal arrived! Sadly, the past few months, my 10ks have had to be completed in multiple sessions, and I think next year I may have to drop to 5ks...though even they are pushing it.

Though it may not come across in photographs, today was incredibly windy, and as it blew the Cherry Tree outside of the living room window, the shadows and colours from the suncatcher danced across the bookcases.
