Rain, rain here to stay? 
I love rain.
Water is life and it was only last year that intense heat and a lack of rain caused terrible things.
Then again, too much and there are floods.
Everything has to work in a balance but because of us humans, the scales are off.

Another print for our Bat Wall has come today. How sweet is this little package?
I love shopping small. 
I also ordered a pin to go on our memory pin banner to commemorate finally getting my Autism diagnosis after a lifetime of struggling and not knowing what was wrong with me.
I'll talk more about it on Underland to Wonderland in the future.

With the car in the garage for it's MOT I have a 3-mile round trip to drop it off/pick it up.
On the way home this guy was right in the middle of a busy path and I didn't want a bike to squish them.
So they hitched a ride on my hand until we reached a safer place.

We wanted to get a Polaroid camera to take on our Honeymoon, however, after a lot of research,
we found the Polaroid Lab and decided to give it a go.
We tested it today and it's the perfect way to get the photos we want without having
to carry two (I'll have my DSLR) bulky cameras around!

Today a special item for our new Bat-themed toilet room arrived all the way from Ukraine!

Not a visitor we expected!!!
Of course, I love all creatures great and small, but I am aware of the reasons why this particular visitor shouldn't be encouraged.
A neighbour recently had a lot of work done in their garden and I assume they have disturbed this little cutie hence their appearance. 
Sadly, I had to stop feeding the birds for a few days so as to help Remy relocate somewhere further from the houses.

Funnily enough, we also had a cat friend stop by...coincidence or...?

I was back at The Birdhouse Tattoo for a rework of my Disney birds on my chest and a portrait of my darlin' boy Argo today. 
We didn't quite get him finished today so I'll be back in a few weeks to add the colour.

I'm a born and raised Berwicker, but I'd never actually been inside Bamburgh Castle until today!
There is a 'The Last Kingdom' exhibition on and Mr H and I really wanted to check it out before the summer holidays hit.
We had a really nice visit. I'll share more photos on Underland to Wonderland at some point!

And our beautiful little oak tree, which we've grown from an acorn, is shooting up too!
